Bio

Joshua “Josh” Goeppner is a young, passionate trial attorney, bringing legal skill and a proven track record of success to Driscoll Law Group. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional representation, he has quickly established himself as a valuable asset to the Plaintiff’s bar.

Josh carries a caseload that involves personal injury as well as wrongful death cases. Josh is currently working on several important cases, including the death of an elderly woman on the Southshore Metra tracks, a man permanently disfigured in an industrial incident as well as several trucking cases. His caseload also involves numerous premise liability and auto claims. He handles every case with care and thoughtfulness.

In 2023, Josh Goeppner earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was the President of the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude and earned a degree in Business Law.

Prior to law school, Josh spent many years as a caddie at Prestwick Country Club and later went on to earn a Chick Evans scholarship as the Resident Advisor of the University of Illinois Chapter.

He is a dedicated attorney who is willing to put the work in in necessary to ensure that Driscoll Law Group clients receive the best representation and outcome they can.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing with his friends, and is an avid fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Josh is the son of a retired construction worker, high-school nurse, and grandson of a retired Chicago fireman.
